- 16 Ounces (oz) package bulk hot pork sausage, packaged
- 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) butter
- 5 Hamburger buns
- 5 Large eggs
- 15 Dill pickle slices
- 5 Slices pepperjack cheese
- 1 Small red onion, sliced
- 10 Pickled jalapeno slices
Steps
- Form the bulk hot pork sausage into 5 patties. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and fry the patties until cooked through. Remove the sausage from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
- In a second large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Toast the buns until golden brown.
