Ingredients
- 10 Ounces (oz) package puff pastry shells, packaged
- 8 Ounces (oz) cream cheese
- 0.5 Cups white sugar
- 0.5 Teaspoons (tsp) cinnamon, ground
- 0.25 Cups milk
- 0.25 Cups turbinado sugar
- 1.5 Cups blackberries, fresh
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a cookie sheet.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, white sugar, and ground cinnamon until thoroughly blended. Set aside.
- Place the thawed puff pastry shells on the prepared cookie sheet. Brush each shell with milk and sprinkle with turbinado sugar.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the shells expand and turn golden brown, about 10 to 15 minutes. Watch closely to ensure they bake thoroughly without overbaking. Remove from oven and use a fork to remove the cap from each shell. Set the caps aside.

- Return the filled pastry shells to the oven and bake until the pastry tops are golden brown and the filling is warm, about 5 minutes more.
