- 0.33 Cups white sugar
- 0.125 Teaspoons (tsp) salt
- 1 Cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1.5 Cups all-purpose flour, sifted
- 1 Cups white sugar
- 0.25 Cups cocoa powder, sifted
- 1 Teaspoons (tsp) baking soda
- 0.5 Teaspoons (tsp) salt
- 1 Cups water
- 0.33 Cups vegetable oil
- 1 Tablespoons (tbsp) distilled white vinegar
- 1 Teaspoons (tsp) vanilla extract
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly butter or line muffin tins with paper liners and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, egg, 0.33 cups of sugar, and 0.125 tsp of salt until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips and set aside.
- In a large bowl, sift together the flour, 1 cup of sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and 0.5 tsp of salt.
- Add the water, vegetable oil, vinegar, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Beat until the batter is smooth and well combined. The batter will be thin.
