Meringue Topping:

  • 2 Cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 Tablespoons (tbsp) milk
  • 2 Large egg whites
  • 0.25 Cups white sugar
  • 0.5 Teaspoons (tsp) vanilla extract
  • 0.25 Teaspoons (tsp) salt

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 0.33 cup white sugar, melted butter, and 0.125 teaspoon salt. Spread the mixture evenly over the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
  3. Bake the graham cracker crust in the preheated oven until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on a rack.
  4. Increase the oven temperature to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
