Steps

  1. In a medium bowl, microwave the honey until it bubbles, about 1 minute. Stir in the molasses, softened butter, and egg. Beat until smooth and well combined.
  2. Gradually add the whole wheat flour, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves to the wet mixture, stirring until fully incorporated.
