  • 2 Cups semisweet chocolate chips, divided

  • 2 Whole eggs
  • 0.5 Cups confectioners' sugar

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine 1.5 cups of all-purpose flour, 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
