Ingredients
- 1 Cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 Tablespoons white sugar
- 3 Tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 8 Ounces packages cream cheese, packaged
- 1 Cup white sugar
- 3 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 4 Whole eggs
- 1 Cup eggnog
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
Steps
- Lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, 3 tablespoons of white sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Mix until evenly moistened, then press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together the packaged cream cheese and 1 cup of sugar using an electric mixer. Add the flour and beat until smooth.
- With the mixer on low, add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Pour in the eggnog and vanilla extract, and continue beating until just blended. Occasionally stop the mixer to scrape the bottom of the bowl. Pour the mixture over the prepared crust.
- Fill a shallow dish with hot water and place it on the bottom rack of the oven. Place the cheesecake on the middle rack. Turn the oven to 200 degrees F (95 degrees C) without preheating.
- Bake the cheesecake until the center is set, about 3 hours and 15 minutes. Turn off the oven and allow the cheesecake to cool inside for about 3 hours.
- Once cooled, chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator overnight before serving. Enjoy your creamy eggnog cheesecake!
