- 1 3.5 Ounces (oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix, packaged
- 1 3 Ounces (oz) package lemon flavored Jell-O®, packaged
- 2 Cups water
- 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) lemon juice
- 1 3 Ounces (oz) package raspberry flavored Jell-O® mix, packaged
- 1 Cup boiling water
- 1 16 Ounces (oz) can jellied cranberry sauce, packaged
- 0.25 Cups pecans, chopped
- 1 1.3 Ounces (oz) envelope whipped topping mix, packaged
- 0.5 Teaspoon (tsp) nutmeg, ground
Steps
- Combine the vanilla pudding mix, lemon gelatin, and 2 cups of water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Stir in the lemon juice and chill until partially set.
- Dissolve the raspberry gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Blend in the cranberry sauce and add the pecans. Chill until partially set.
- Prepare the whipped topping according to package directions. Fold in the ground nutmeg. Fold the whipped topping into the vanilla pudding mixture. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch glass dish and chill until firm.
- Pour the cranberry mixture over the pudding mixture. Chill for 6 hours before serving to appreciative family and friends.
