Ingredients

  • 6 Whole peaches, pitted and sliced
  • 2 Whole pears, peeled and sliced
  • 4 Stalks rhubarb, sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) raisins
  • 1 Large papaya, peeled and cubed
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) biscuit baking mix
  • 0.25 Cups light brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) margarine, softened

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Arrange the sliced peaches, sliced pears, sliced rhubarb, raisins, and optional cubed papaya in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the biscuit baking mix, light brown sugar, and softened margarine. Stir until the mixture has a crumbly texture.
  4. Sprinkle the crumbly mixture evenly over the fruit in the baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  6. Serve hot or cold, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
