  • 0.5 Teaspoon (tsp) vanilla extract

  • 0.5 Pound (lb) matzo cake meal
  • 1 Cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 Teaspoon (tsp) cinnamon, ground
  • 1 Cup semisweet chocolate chips

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the sugar and butter with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and salt to the mixture; mix until thoroughly combined.

  11. Place the plate on a wire rack until the brownies are thoroughly cooled, about 30 minutes.
