  • 1 Cup pineapple, drained
  • 2 Cups cranberry sauce

  • 0.5 Cup flour, sifted
  • 0.5 Teaspoon (tsp) cinnamon, ground
  • 1 Pinch salt, to taste
  • 0.125 Cup butter, melted

Steps

  1. Toss the apple slices with lemon juice and place them in a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish.
  2. Spoon the drained crushed pineapple evenly over the apples, then cover with cranberry sauce.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Cut in the butter until the mixture becomes crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the fruit in the baking dish.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes, or until the apples are tender.
