- 1 Cup all-purpose baking mix
- 2 Teaspoons (tsp) vanilla extract, divided
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) cinnamon sugar
- 0.5 Cup water
- 3 Tablespoons (tbsp) granulated sugar
- 3 Cups mixed fresh fruit, sliced
- 1 Unit Reddi-wip Original Whipped Light Cream

- Preheat your oven according to the baking mix package directions. In a mixing bowl, combine the baking mix with 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and the water as per package instructions. Roll out the dough into a 6-inch circle on a lightly floured surface and cut into 6 wedges. Place the wedges 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Lightly brush the tops with water and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
