Ingredients

  • 0.5 Cups (cup) orange juice
  • 0.5 Cups (cup) olive oil
  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) oregano, dried
  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 Pinch salt, to taste
  • 1 Pinch ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 6 Ounces (oz) fresh tuna steaks

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine orange juice, olive oil, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Place the tuna steaks in the bowl, turning to coat both sides with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove tuna from the marinade and shake off excess.
  5. Place tuna onto the preheated grill and cook to desired doneness, about 5 minutes per inch for medium-rare or 10 minutes per inch for medium-well.
  6. Serve immediately with your choice of sides, such as mango salsa and rice.
