Ingredients

  • 1 - 16 Ounces (oz) package linguine pasta, packaged
  • 0.5 - Cups red onion, sliced
  • 3 - Teaspoons (tsp) garlic powder
  • 0.25 - Cups olive oil
  • 3 - Cups milk
  • 2 - Teaspoons (tsp) fresh parsley, minced
  • 0.5 - Cups green bell pepper, minced
  • 0.5 - Cups red bell pepper, minced
  • 0.5 - Cups broccoli florets
  • 0.5 - Cups carrots, julienned
  • 1 - Cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 - Cups canned shrimp, drained
  • 1 - Cups crab meat, drained
  • 1 - Pound (lb) scallops
  • 2 - Tablespoons (tbsp) all-purpose flour
  • 1 - Pinch salt, to taste
  • 1 - Pinch ground black pepper, to taste

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the linguine pasta and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the red onion and garlic powder until the onion becomes translucent.
  3. Add the milk to the skillet and cook until bubbles form around the edges.
  4. Stir in the fresh parsley, green and red bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, shrimp, crab, and scallops. Mix until well combined.
  5. Remove 0.5 cups of milk from the skillet and mix with the flour in a small bowl until smooth. Return the mixture to the skillet and stir until the sauce thickens.
  6. Season the sauce with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
  7. Pour the seafood sauce over the drained linguine noodles. Serve warm and enjoy
