  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) butter, melted
  • 0.5 Sweet onion, minced
  • 3 Jumbo eggs, whisked
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) water
  • 0.25 Cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Slice processed American cheese, diced
  • 0.125 Teaspoon (tsp) salt, seasoned
  • 0.125 Teaspoon (tsp) crushed red pepper flakes, ground

Steps

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until crisp. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain and cool. Crumble the bacon and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 10 minutes.
