- 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) olive oil
- 0.5 Packet dry vegetable soup mix
- 0.33 Cup (c) dried bread crumbs
Steps
- Combine lentils and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until tender, about 40 minutes.
