Ingredients

  • 0.25 Cups (c) olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) garlic, minced
  • 0.5 Teaspoons (tsp) sea salt
  • 8 Whole Roma tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 Whole (12 inch) pre-baked pizza crusts
  • 8 Ounces (oz) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 Ounces (oz) Fontina cheese, shredded
  • 10 Whole fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 0.5 Cups (c) Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 0.5 Cups (c) feta cheese, crumbled

Steps

  1. Stir together the olive oil, minced garlic, and sea salt in a bowl. Toss the sliced Roma tomatoes in this mixture and let them marinate for 15 minutes. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush each pre-baked pizza crust with some of the tomato marinade. Evenly sprinkle the mozzarella and fontina cheeses over the crusts.
  3. Arrange the marinated tomatoes over the cheese layer, then sprinkle with torn basil leaves, grated Parmesan, and crumbled feta cheese.
  4. Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
