  • 0.5 Cups milk
  • 2 Pounds chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 Cup dried bread crumbs
  • 1 Cup oil, for frying

  • 8 Ounces ham, cubed
  • 10.75 Ounces can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 Cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk the egg and 0.5 cups of milk together until well combined. Add the chicken cubes to the mixture, ensuring they are well coated. Drain the chicken and coat with bread crumbs.
  3. Heat the oil in a large skillet to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Fry the breaded chicken cubes in the hot oil until they are golden brown on all sides. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  4. In a glass baking dish, arrange the fried chicken cubes, Swiss cheese, and ham.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the condensed cream of chicken soup with 1 cup of milk. Pour this mixture over the chicken, cheese, and ham in the baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the casserole is golden brown and bubbly.
