  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) salt
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) black pepper, ground
  • 6 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) fresh rosemary, minced
  • 0.25 Cups fresh dill weed, torn
  • 0.25 Cups red wine
  • 3 Tablespoons (tbsp) browning sauce

Steps

  3. Place the pork shoulder in a leakproof container, pour the red wine around it, cover tightly, and marinate in the refrigerator for 3 days.
