  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) vegetable oil
  • 1 Medium onion, minced
  • 1 Clove garlic, minced
  • 1.5 Cups chopped tomatoes
  • 0.75 Cups crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons (tbsp) sliced black olives
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) fresh basil, torn

Steps
