  • 2 4 Ounces (oz) frozen skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 8 Ounces (oz) can low sodium tomato sauce
  • 0.25 Cups water
  • 1 1 Ounce (oz) packet taco seasoning
  • 1 15.5 Ounces (oz) can black beans, drained
  • 4 Cups baby spinach leaves
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) fat-free sour cream
  • 0.5 Cups Mexican cheese blend, shredded
  • 0.5 Cups salsa

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared dish. In a small bowl, mix the tomato sauce, water, and taco seasoning; pour the sauce over the chicken.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until the chicken is no longer pink in the center, about 30 minutes.
