  • 3 Tablespoons (tbsp) white sugar
  • 6 Tablespoons (tbsp) butter, melted
  • 3 Tablespoons (tbsp) all-purpose flour
  • 5 Ounces (oz) Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 25 Whole buttery round crackers, crumbled

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Drain the pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons of the juice.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the pineapple chunks, reserved juice, white sugar, melted butter, all-purpose flour, and shredded Cheddar cheese. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a buttered 1.5-quart baking dish.
