Ingredients

  • 2 Teaspoons (tsp) dried rosemary
  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) black pepper, ground
  • 0.5 Teaspoon (tsp) salt
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) butter
  • 4 6 Ounces (oz) boneless center-cut pork loin chops, trimmed
  • 2 Whole garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Cup beef broth, low-sodium

Steps

  1. Combine the dried rosemary, ground black pepper, and salt in a small bowl. Rub this rosemary mixture evenly over the pork chops.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic to the melted butter, stirring briefly.
  3. Place the pork chops in the skillet and cook until they are golden brown, about 3 to 5 minutes per side.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and pour in the beef broth. Allow the pork chops to simmer until they are fully cooked, approximately 35 to 45 minutes. Ensure the internal temperature of the thickest chop reaches at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C) using a meat thermometer.
