- 5 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Teaspoon fresh rosemary, divided
- 4 4 Ounces (oz) swordfish steaks
- 0.25 Teaspoons salt
- 0.25 Teaspoons black pepper, ground
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 4 Slices lemon, sliced
Steps
- In an 8-inch square baking dish, combine the white wine, minced garlic, and 1 teaspoon of rosemary. Sprinkle the swordfish steaks with salt and pepper, then place them in the dish, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- In a small bowl, mix together the lemon juice, olive oil, and the remaining teaspoon of rosemary. Set aside.
