- 0.25 Cup sesame oil
- 0.25 Cup fresh parsley, minced
- 2 Tablespoons hot sauce
- 2 Tablespoons garlic, minced

- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1 Teaspoon black pepper
- 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 Pounds large shrimp, peeled
- 12 Wooden skewers, soaked
