- 1 Pound (lb) beef, ground
- 1 Medium onion, minced
- 1 Stalk celery, minced
- 8 Ounces (oz) egg noodles
- 15 Ounces (oz) can chili, packaged
- 14.5 Ounces (oz) can tomatoes, peeled
- 15 Ounces (oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 0.25 Cups (cup) taco sauce
- 1 Ounce (oz) package taco seasoning mix
- 0.5 Cups (cup) cheese blend, shredded
- 1 Whole avocado, sliced (optional)
- 1 Pinch hot sauce, to taste (optional)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the ground beef, onion, and celery for about 10 minutes, or until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
