  • 1.25 Pounds (lb) lean ground beef, ground
  • 46 Ounces (oz) tomato-vegetable juice cocktail
  • 29 Ounces (oz) diced tomatoes
  • 15 Ounces (oz) kidney beans, drained
  • 15 Ounces (oz) black beans, drained
  • 15.25 Ounces (oz) whole kernel corn
  • 2 Ounces (oz) packaged taco seasoning mix

Steps

  1. In a large stock pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
  2. Add the tomato-vegetable juice cocktail, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, corn, and taco seasoning to the pot.
