- 0.75 Cups brown sugar, packed
- 0.5 Teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 0.5 Teaspoon ginger, ground
- 0.5 Teaspoon nutmeg, ground
- 0.5 Teaspoon salt
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- For the pastry crust, mix flour and salt in a bowl. Cut in butter with a pastry blender until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Gradually mix in 3 tablespoons of cold water, adding more if needed, until the dough holds together.
