- 6 Slices bacon, cooked
- 0.33 Cups (cup) green bell pepper, minced
- 0.33 Cups (cup) onion, minced
- 4 Whole roma (plum) tomatoes, seeded and minced
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) dried basil
- 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) mayonnaise
- 1 Clove garlic, minced
- 1 Whole refrigerated pizza crust dough
- 0.75 Cups (cup) Swiss cheese, shredded
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, fry the bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels.
- Crumble the bacon into a medium-size mixing bowl. Add the bell pepper, tomatoes, and basil, and mix well.
- In a separate small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and minced garlic.
