Ingredients

  • 8 Ounces (oz) bacon
  • 1 Pound (lb) ground beef
  • 0.5 Cups onion, minced
  • 2 15.5 Ounces (oz) butter beans, drained
  • 2 15 Ounces (oz) baked beans with pork
  • 2 12 Ounces (oz) pinto beans, drained
  • 1 Cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 Cup ketchup
  • 1 Cup brown sugar, packed

Steps

  1. Cook the bacon in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain on paper towels, crumble, and set aside. Discard the grease.
  2. In the same skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat, stirring until the beef is no longer pink, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain the mixture and transfer it to a slow cooker.
  3. Add the baked beans with pork, butter beans, pinto beans, barbecue sauce, ketchup, and brown sugar to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on High for 4 hours.
  5. Top servings with the crumbled bacon before serving.
