- 8 Ounces (oz) bacon
- 1 Pound (lb) ground beef
- 0.5 Cups onion, minced
- 2 15.5 Ounces (oz) butter beans, drained
- 2 15 Ounces (oz) baked beans with pork
- 2 12 Ounces (oz) pinto beans, drained
- 1 Cup barbecue sauce
- 1 Cup ketchup
- 1 Cup brown sugar, packed
Steps
- Cook the bacon in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain on paper towels, crumble, and set aside. Discard the grease.
- In the same skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat, stirring until the beef is no longer pink, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain the mixture and transfer it to a slow cooker.
