- 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) Cajun seasoning
- 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) dried Italian seasoning
- 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) lemon-pepper seasoning

- 10 Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, tenderized
