- 0.5 Medium onion, minced
- 2 Cups cornflakes cereal, crushed
- 0.5 Teaspoon (tsp) black pepper, ground
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) garlic powder
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) smoked paprika
- 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) fresh chives, minced (optional for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with a small amount of the melted butter.
- Spread the thawed hash brown potatoes evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
