- 10 Ounces (oz) package tortillas, packaged
- 3 Ripe tomatoes, divided

- 1 Bunch cilantro, torn

Steps
- Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, lime juice, lime zest, garlic, honey, seafood seasoning, hot pepper sauce, cumin, chili powder, and black pepper. Place tilapia chunks in a shallow dish, pour the marinade over, cover, and refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours.
- Make the Dressing: In a separate bowl, combine sour cream and adobo sauce. Stir in lime juice, lime zest, seafood seasoning, cumin, and chili powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
- Preheat the Grill: Set an outdoor grill to high heat and lightly oil the grate. Position the grate 4 inches from the heat source.
- Grill the Fish: Remove the fish from the marinade, letting excess drip off. Discard the marinade. Grill the fish pieces, turning once, until they flake easily with a fork, about 9 minutes.
- Assemble the Tacos: Place grilled fish in the center of each tortilla. Add desired amounts of diced tomatoes, shredded cabbage, and chopped cilantro. Drizzle with the prepared dressing.
- Serve: Roll up the tortillas around the fillings and garnish with lime wedges. Enjoy your Chipotle-Lime Grilled Fish Tacos!
