- 0.33 Cups sour cream
- 1 Cup chocolate cookie crumbs
- 0.33 Cup chocolate cookie crumbs
- 0.33 Cup confectioners' sugar
- 24 Silver dragees
- 0.25 Cup almonds, sliced
- 12 2-Inch pieces red vine licorice
Steps
- Melt the semisweet chocolate squares and combine them with the sour cream. Stir in 1 cup of chocolate cookie crumbs. Cover the mixture and refrigerate until firm.
- Once firm, roll the mixture by level tablespoonfuls into balls. Mold each ball to a slight point at one end to form the nose of the mouse.
- Roll each mouse in confectioners' sugar for white mice or in chocolate cookie crumbs for dark mice. Place silver dragees for eyes, almond slices for ears, and a licorice string for the tail on each mouse.
