Ingredients

  • 1 Pound (lb) fresh pizza dough
  • 0.25 Teaspoon (tsp) red pepper flakes
  • 6 Ounces (oz) crabmeat, drained
  • 6 Ounces (oz) artichoke hearts, drained
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) olive oil
  • 1.5 Tablespoons (tbsp) garlic, minced
  • 0.5 Cups Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 Cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a pizza pan.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to form a 14 or 16-inch circle, then place it onto the prepared pizza pan.
  3. Sprinkle the dough with red pepper flakes, then evenly distribute the crabmeat and artichoke hearts over the top.
  4. Drizzle the pizza with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the crust is no longer doughy.
  6. Set the oven to broil and cook the pizza for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese begins to brown.
