• 2 Teaspoons (tsp) salt, divided
• 4 Ounces (oz) cream cheese
• 0.33 Cups butter, melted
• 0.33 Cups half-and-half
• 0.75 Teaspoons (tsp) black pepper, ground

Steps

1. Place the potatoes and 1 teaspoon of salt into a medium Dutch oven. Cover with cold water and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 16 to 20 minutes. Drain the potatoes.
