Dressing

  • 3 Tablespoons (tbsp) white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) vegetable oil
  • 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) white sugar
  • 0.5 Teaspoon (tsp) salt
  • 0.5 Teaspoon (tsp) black pepper, ground

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large salad bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, minced green onions, and crushed ramen noodles. Set aside.
