- 1 Cup pareve margarine, melted
- 8 Ounces semisweet chocolate, melted
- 6 Large eggs, whisked
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1 Cup ground almonds
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the pareve margarine and semisweet chocolate together, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until thick and pale.
- Gradually fold the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture until well combined.
