  • 19 Ounces (oz) can black bean soup
  • 15 Ounces (oz) can kidney beans, drained
  • 15 Ounces (oz) can garbanzo beans, drained
  • 16 Ounces (oz) can vegetarian baked beans
  • 14.5 Ounces (oz) can chopped tomatoes in puree
  • 15 Ounces (oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 Medium onion, minced
  • 1 Medium green bell pepper, minced
  • 2 Stalks celery, minced
  • 2 Whole garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) chili powder
  • 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) dried parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) dried oregano
  • 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) dried basil

Steps

  1. Gather all the ingredients.
  2. In a slow cooker, combine the black bean soup, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, baked beans, chopped tomatoes, and corn.
  3. Add the minced onion, bell pepper, and celery to the mixture.
  4. Season the mixture with minced garlic, chili powder, dried parsley, oregano, and basil. Stir well to combine.
  5. Set the slow cooker to high and cook for at least 2 hours, allowing the flavors to meld together.
