- 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) garlic, minced
- 1 Yellow squash, sliced
- 0.5 Cups salsa
- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) cumin, ground
- 0.5 Teaspoon (tsp) salt
- 1 Cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 0.25 Cup cilantro, chopped
