  • 0.25 Cups balsamic vinegar
  • 0.25 Cups lemon juice
  • 0.25 Cups soy sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1.5 Teaspoons ginger, ground
  • 1 Teaspoon paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon black pepper, ground
  • 1 Teaspoon red pepper flakes, ground
  • 4 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.25 Cups green onions, sliced
  • 1 Teaspoon sesame oil
  • 0.5 Cups peanut oil
  • 8 4 Ounces salmon fillets

Steps

  1. In a bowl, stir together balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, soy sauce, salt, brown sugar, ginger, paprika, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes until the salt has dissolved.
  2. Add minced garlic, sliced green onions, sesame oil, and peanut oil to the mixture, stirring until well combined.
  3. Pour the marinade into a resealable plastic bag or glass bowl. Add the salmon fillets and gently toss to coat. Refrigerate and marinate for 2 to 24 hours.
  4. Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the salmon from the marinade, allowing excess to drain off.
  6. Grill the salmon fillets until firm and opaque, approximately 4 minutes per side.
