  • 5 Whole green bell peppers, seeded
  • 5 Whole tomatoes, minced

  • 1.5 Tablespoons (tbsp) white sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) salt
  • 0.5 Cups vegetable oil
  • 0.5 Cups red wine vinegar
  • 0.5 Cups water

Steps

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the white sugar, salt, vegetable oil, red wine vinegar, and water.
