  • 0.5 Teaspoon (tsp) smoked paprika
  • 0.5 Teaspoon (tsp) chili powder
  • 0.5 Teaspoon (tsp) crushed red pepper flakes
  • 6 Slices pepper jack cheese
  • 6 Slices American cheese
  • 1 Pinch salt, to taste
  • 1 Pinch freshly ground black pepper, to taste
