  • 2 Cups cold, cooked white rice
  • 1 14 Ounces (oz) can black beans, drained
  • 2 Celery stalks, sliced
  • 1 4 Ounces (oz) can black olives, drained
  • 3 Green onions, sliced
  • 0.25 Cups red wine vinegar
  • 0.25 Cups extra-virgin olive oil

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix together the basil, thyme, parsley, cilantro, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder to create a seasoning blend.
  2. In a large bowl, gently combine the rice, black beans, celery, olives, and green onions. Season the mixture with 1 teaspoon of the prepared seasoning.
