Ingredients

  • 9 Ounces (oz) package cheese-filled tortellini, packaged
  • 2 Cups cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 10 Ounces (oz) package frozen spinach, drained
  • 0.33 Cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 Ounces (oz) can black olives, sliced
  • 8 Ounces (oz) bottle Italian-style salad dressing
  • 1 Pinch salt, to taste
  • 1 Pinch ground black pepper, to taste

Steps

  1. Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil. Stir in the tortellini and return to a boil. Cook uncovered until the tortellini float to the top and the filling is hot, about 3 minutes. Rinse under cold water and drain.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, sliced cherry tomatoes, drained spinach, grated Parmesan cheese, and sliced black olives.
  3. Add enough Italian-style salad dressing to coat the ingredients. Toss the salad gently to combine.
  4. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for a chilled salad experience. Enjoy!
