Ingredients
- 9 Ounces (oz) package cheese-filled tortellini, packaged
- 2 Cups cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 10 Ounces (oz) package frozen spinach, drained
- 0.33 Cups Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 Ounces (oz) can black olives, sliced
- 8 Ounces (oz) bottle Italian-style salad dressing
- 1 Pinch salt, to taste
- 1 Pinch ground black pepper, to taste
Steps
- Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil. Stir in the tortellini and return to a boil. Cook uncovered until the tortellini float to the top and the filling is hot, about 3 minutes. Rinse under cold water and drain.
