  • 16 Ounces (oz) package bow tie pasta
  • 20 Ounces (oz) containers small oysters, drained
  • 1.25 Pounds (lbs) shrimp, peeled
  • 1 Pound (lb) fresh lump crabmeat

Steps

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt 0.5 cups of butter with 0.5 cups of olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 3 minutes. Stir in 1.25 cups of parsley and cook for an additional minute. Add lemon juice, crushed red pepper, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
