- 1 Bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) tahini
- 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) water
- 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) lemon juice
- 1 Clove garlic, minced
- 1 Pinch white sugar, to taste
- 0.75 Pounds (lb) red cabbage, sliced
- 2 Whole radishes, sliced
- 2 Whole green onions, sliced
- 2 Tablespoons (tbsp) feta, crumbled
- 0.25 Cups pine nuts, toasted
- 2 Sprigs dill, torn
Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Blanch the asparagus until just tender, then drain and immediately plunge into ice water to stop the cooking process. Once cold, drain and slice the asparagus diagonally into 1-inch pieces.
