- 2 Cups (c) white sugar
- 2 Cups (c) packed dark brown sugar
- 4 Large eggs
- 2 Teaspoons (tsp) vanilla extract

- 1 Teaspoon (tsp) salt
- 2 Teaspoons (tsp) baking powder
- 2 Teaspoons (tsp) baking soda
- 5 Cups (c) semisweet chocolate chips
- 8 Ounces (oz) chocolate bar, grated
- 3 Cups (c) walnuts, chopped
- 1 Cup (c) golden raisins
- 1 Cup (c) raisins
- 1.5 Cups (c) flaked coconut
Instructions
- Blend the rolled oats in a blender until they become a fine powder.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar, and dark brown sugar.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the creamed mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the flour, blended oats, salt, baking powder, and baking soda to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
