  • 1.25 Ounces (oz) package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) vegetable oil
  • 4 6 Inch corn tortillas
  • 8 Ounces (oz) Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 Tablespoons (tbsp) sour cream
  • 2 Roma (plum) tomatoes, minced
  • 2 Green onions, minced
  • 4 Ounces (oz) can diced green chiles, drained
  • 0.5 Avocado, diced
  • 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) black olives, sliced

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a saucepan, gently heat the refried beans over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat, then stir in the taco seasoning mix. Set aside.
