- 1.25 Ounces (oz) package taco seasoning mix
- 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) vegetable oil
- 4 6 Inch corn tortillas
- 8 Ounces (oz) Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 Tablespoons (tbsp) sour cream
- 2 Roma (plum) tomatoes, minced
- 2 Green onions, minced
- 4 Ounces (oz) can diced green chiles, drained
- 0.5 Avocado, diced
- 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) black olives, sliced
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a saucepan, gently heat the refried beans over low heat, stirring occasionally.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat, then stir in the taco seasoning mix. Set aside.
