Ingredients

  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) salt
  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) dried mint
  • 9 Ounces (oz) package beef ravioli, packaged
  • 0.25 Cups butter, melted
  • 1 Teaspoon (tsp) sweet paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon (tbsp) garlic, minced
  • 8 Ounces (oz) container plain whole milk yogurt

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add salt, mint, and ravioli. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes until the ravioli float to the top, then drain and keep warm.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in paprika, and keep warm as the ravioli are cooking. Stir garlic into yogurt.
  3. To serve, place drained ravioli onto a serving platter or individual plates. Spoon yogurt on top of ravioli, then ladle paprika butter over the top. Enjoy your savory mint-infused beef ravioli with creamy yogurt sauce!
